Common questions

• My child forgot their PIN. Sign in to the adult account, find the pupil in the dashboard and choose "New PIN".
• How do I cancel? The monthly programme can be cancelled from your adult account → Subscription → Manage billing. The £39 Full SATs Programme is a one-time payment and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Can my child retake the check-in? The check-in is taken once; after that the programme keeps updating mastery from everyday practice. Email us if you need it reset.
• Does the check-in give a SATs score? No. It gives an internal readiness band and a strengths/priorities snapshot, not an official scaled score.
