Who you are contracting with

SATs Studio is a trading name of Md Ahmed, a sole trader trading from Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA. Contact: support@satsstudio.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The service

SATs Studio provides a personalised Year 6 Maths revision programme: a free 40-question check-in with a readiness report, and a paid programme of adaptive daily plans, tutoring support and progress tracking.

Accounts

An adult account holder creates and manages pupil logins (username and PIN) and is responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for supervising the child's use of the service. Pupil logins are for the pupils named on the account only.

What we do and don't promise

Our questions, coaching and mastery estimates are designed to reflect the Key Stage 2 Maths curriculum, but they are practice materials — not official test papers, and not a prediction of any SATs outcome. Readiness bands are internal indicators, not scaled scores.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the question bank or coaching content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share paid access outside your household.

Payment and cancellation

The monthly programme is billed through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. The Full SATs Programme is a single £39 payment that does not renew and gives access until 31 May 2027. See the Subscriptions & cancellation page for full details. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability and changes

We may update content, features and these terms. If we make a material change to the paid programme we will tell the account holder by email.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including your statutory consumer rights.
